Can I receive Magic Matches at more than one location?
LiquiDonate nonprofit users can now adjust and add new receiving addresses for Magic Match shipments. If you add multiple delivery addresses, our platform will automatically select the location closest to the item’s origin for faster and more efficient deliveries. If your organization has multiple chapters or buildings, check out this feature to make sure all locations are able to receive shipments! Add new addresses in the Magic Matches - Addresses menu from your Dashboard.
Can my official organization address be different than my shipping address?
Yes! We understand that many organizations receive goods at locations other than the main office. You can adjust and add Magic Match addresses that are different than your official organization address.
Can I checkout with a different address than my official address?
Yes! On the checkout step you are asked to enter an address, which can differ from your official address. This can be useful for sending donations directly to your clients, or to different storage locations.
Can I receive donations at my PO Box?
To receive donations at a PO Box, you must use the physical location of the post office as the main address and your PO Box number as the second line.
For example: An organization's normal PO Box address is PO Box ###, Nashville TN 37207, however for our platform to correctly route donations you would enter:
2325 Dickerson Pike, PO Box XXX, Nashville, TN 37207
Why is my address not working during Circularity Shop checkout?
Sometimes the address fields are automatically filled in depending on the browser in use, which can cause errors in our Google Maps address integration. When you start typing the address, click on the full address that appears in the drop down field. That will automatically fill in the City, State, and Zip Code fields.
Will my organization be listed on the shipping address for a Magic Match?
Your address will be shown on the shipping label with the name of "LiquiDonate Nonprofit Network". Once the shipping is complete and you have received the item, you can sign the donation receipt from your account dashboard Magic Matches menu. This receipt with your organization’s name will be sent to the retailer donor.
